Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, Science, or related discipline.
• 5–7 years of experience in business analysis, business systems, process improvement, and enterprise applications.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and driving business improvements.
• Experience with system integrations and dependencies across multiple enterprise applications.
• Knowledge of governance, quality, compliance and change environments is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to understand objectives and future needs.
• Lead discovery sessions and requirements gathering across functions.
• Analyze current and future-state processes to identify simplification, standardization, automation, and optimization opportunities.
• Translate business needs into practical, scalable technology solutions.
