Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, information systems, engineering, science, or related discipline.
• Ideally 5–7 years of experience in: business analysis, business systems, process improvement, enterprise applications, digital transformation, R&D operations, engineering or product development environments.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and driving business improvements.
• Proven success delivering sustainable business outcomes through technology and process optimization.
• Experience with multiple enterprise applications and understanding system integrations and dependencies.

Required Experience

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, Science, or a related discipline.
