Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, Science, or a related discipline.
• 5–7 years of experience in: Business Analysis; Business Systems Process Improvement; Enterprise Applications; Digital Transformation; R&D Operations Engineering or Product Development environments.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and driving business improvements.
• Proven success delivering sustainable business outcomes through technology and process optimization.

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to understand business objectives, challenges, and future needs.
• Lead discovery sessions, workshops, and requirements gathering across multiple functions.
• Analyze current and future-state business processes to identify opportunities for simplification, standardization, automation, and optimization.
• Translate complex business needs into practical, scalable business and technology solutions.
• Develop recommendations that balance business value, risk, implementation effort, and organizational priorities.
• Identify opportunities to maximize value of enterprise platforms and digital capabilities.
• Collaborate with technical teams, vendors, and business leaders to design and implement sustainable solutions.
• Assess impacts of system enhancements, integrations, and process changes.
• Support governance, quality, compliance, and change management requirements.
• Measure the effectiveness of implemented solutions and identify opportunities for further improvement.
