What You’ll Bring

Required Experience

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, Science, or a related discipline.
• Ideally possess minimum of 5‑7 years of experience in: Business Analysis; Business Systems Process Improvement; Enterprise Applications; Digital Transformation; R&D Operations Engineering or Product Development environments.
• Experience leading cross‑functional initiatives and driving business improvements.
• Proven success delivering sustainable business outcomes through technology and process optimization.
• Experience working with multiple enterprise applications and understanding system integrations and dependencies.

Preferred Experience

• Experience within manufacturing, engineering, medical devices, electronics, automotive, aerospace, pharmaceutical, consumer products, or other regulated industries.
• Exposure to governance, quality, compliance, and structured change environments.
• Knowledge of enterprise platforms such as: Windchill; Planisware; Jira; Jama; Power BI; Microsoft Excel; Teamcenter.
