Zusammenfassung

MISG Global Holding is seeking a qualified Chemist/R&D Formulator to lead research, development and formulation of new products ensuring quality, safety and customer requirements. You will conduct R&D to create formulations per market needs, improve existing ones, and manage development from concept to production while collaborating with QA, production and management.

A Bachelor's in Chemistry or related field and 3–4 years in OEM manufacturing is required; strong problem-solving and teamwork

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Industrial Chemistry, Cosmetic Science, Food Science, Pharmacy or related field
• Minimum 3–4 years of experience in R&D and product formulation, particularly in OEM manufacturing industry
• Experience in product development from concept stage to commercial production
• Good knowledge of raw materials, formulation processes, stability testing and quality control
• Able to manage projects independently and handle multiple tasks within set timeframes
• Good problem-solving, analytical and communication skills
• Detail-oriented, responsible, proactive and able to work in a team

Aufgaben

• Conduct research and development (R&D) to produce new product formulations according to customer and market requirements
• Develop and improve existing product formulations in terms of quality, stability, effectiveness and production cost
• Prepare product samples, conduct laboratory tests and evaluate formulation stability
• Manage product development process from concept stage, laboratory samples, production trials to commercial production
• Ensure product formulations comply with quality standards, safety and relevant regulatory requirements
• Prepare technical documentation, test reports, formulation records and product specifications
• Collaborate with production, quality control (QC/QA) and management departments to ensure smooth product development
• Manage multiple R&D projects simultaneously and ensure each project is completed within the set timeframe
