Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a Sales Quotation Officer to manage customer and sales inquiries, ensuring complete information for quotations and timely responses. The role involves issuing quotations, coordinating RFQs with vendors, and following up on orders and reports.

The position requires accurate record-keeping, strong communication, and collaboration with distributors, dealers, and customers to support sales targets.

Qualifications

• Experience handling customer inquiries and quotations.
• Ability to prepare and issue official quotations within deadlines.
• Experience coordinating RFQs with vendors and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Attend to all incoming enquiries from customers and sales personnel, ensuring complete and accurate information for quotations.
• Handle sales enquiries from distributors, dealers, calls, walk-ins, and end customers in a timely, professional manner.
• Prepare and issue official quotations on behalf of the Sales Team within turnaround times.
• Request new RFQs from vendors through PTNet and email with clear specifications.
• Follow up on Made-to-Order items and open quotations until closure as Won or Lost.
• Review and submit weekly order estimation reports to Managers via SharePoint.
• Review and prepare weekly sales activity reports for distributors and dealers.
• Update quotation summaries and records in SharePoint for accessibility.
• Compile and submit Quotation Hit Ratio, Jet Report, and sales activity updates for MOR.
• Attend Sales Operation Meetings and provide updates and follow-up on actions.
• Maintain documentation of customer enquiries, quotations, RFQs, sales activities, and follow-ups.
• Coordinate with Sales Team, customers, distributors, dealers, and vendors for timely processing.
