Studio Putih 5, an Interior Design & Build company, is hiring a Quotation & Data Entry Assistant to support the Quantity Surveying and project team in preparing quotations, costing data, and supplier records. Fresh graduates welcomed; training provided to learn renovation materials and costing; strong Excel skills and attention to detail are essential.

Role offers on-the-job training, exposure to residential and commercial projects, and opportunities to grow within the interior design and build

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM or Diploma in any field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Experience in Administration, Data Entry, Purchasing, or Procurement is encouraged.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
• Detail-oriented with accurate data entry and documentation.
• Good communication with suppliers and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Assist QS in preparing project quotations.
• Enter quantities, material prices, labour costs into Excel.
• Prepare basic quotations, material lists, and costing sheets.
• Update project costing records and supplier data.
• Follow up with suppliers for prices and quotations.
• Assist in updating Bills of Quantities when required.

Quotation & Data Entry Assistant (Interior Design & Build)

This is a Data Entry position supporting the Quantity Surveying and project team at Studio Putih 5, an Interior Design & Build company specializing in residential and commercial renovation projects. You will assist in preparing quotations, managing project costing data, and maintaining supplier records. No Quantity Surveying background is required, as training will be provided for candidates willing to learn about renovation materials, pricing, quotation preparation, and project costing.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Quantity Surveyor in preparing project quotations.
• Key in quantities, material prices, labour costs, and other costing information into Excel.
• Prepare basic quotation, material lists, and costing sheets based on information provided by the QS.
• Perform accurate data entry and updating of project costing records
• Collect, organize, and compare quotations from suppliers and subcontractors
• Update and maintain supplier and material price databases
• Assist with basic quantity calculations and costing
• Assist in preparing and updating Bills of Quantities (BQ) when required
• Follow up with suppliers to obtain prices and quotations

About you

• Minimum SPM / Diploma in any field
