Job summary

Swerve Sdn Bhd is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to support the commercial side of interior design and construction projects. You will prepare BQ, cost breakdowns, and tender documents, and collaborate with designers and project teams to ensure accurate costing and efficient execution.

Ideal candidates have 2–4 years’ experience in interior fit-out or construction, hold a Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying or related field, and are fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

• Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Interior Construction, or related field
• Enjoys working with numbers, calculations and cost analysis
• Produces complete, accurate costing and contract documents
• Analytical, organised and detail-oriented
• Takes ownership of their work and enjoys solving practical problems
• Collaborative team player
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Chinese a bonus)
• Willing to work in Petaling Jaya

Responsibilities

• Prepare progress claims, variation order (VO) claims, and final account documentation

From property sales galleries and show units for notable developers to corporate offices, retail spaces, and private residences, you'll gain exposure to projects of different scales and complexity.

What You'll Do:
