The role requires flexibility to work in the office and perform site visits, and familiarity with tendering/proposal processes and contract management.

Successful candidates will need initiative, good communication at all levels, and the ability to work independently while maintaining strong English language

Qualifications

• At least a Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
• Fresh graduates and experienced Quantity Surveyors are encouraged to apply.
• Ability to communicate at all levels and take initiative.

Responsibilities

• To assist / assess tendering process and contract management.
• To assist in proposal preparation and submission.
• Liaise with sub-consultants and contractors on costing requirements to complete proposals on time.
• To assist in cost planning, analysis and monitoring for project resources, costing and budget.
