Qualifications

• Diploma in Quantity Surveying or related field.
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
• Good mathematical skills and attention to details.

Responsibilities

• Manage the entire tender process from bidding to final payments by clients.
• Coordinate with consultants on project plans and conduct feasibility studies for quotations.
• Control project costs via planning, forecasting and budget estimation.
• Prepare re-measurements for awarded contracts before project take-off.
• Monitor and evaluate works for interim payments and certificates to sub-contractors.
• Attend site meetings and assist on coordination matters.
• Ensure ISO compliant documentation at all stages.
• Monitor progress and prepare progressive claims according to project timeline.
• Prepare cost analysis of maintenance and repair works.
