Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma or above qualification in Quantity Surveying, Construction, Civil Engineering, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Prepare project budgets, cost estimates, and quotations.
• Prepare Bills of Quantities (BQ) and tender documents.
• Handle tender processes, tender evaluation, and subcontractor quotation comparison.
• Manage project contracts, progress claims, and final accounts.
• Review subcontractor and supplier payment claims.
• Monitor project costs, analyse cost variations, and provide cost optimization recommendations.
• Liaise with project managers, consultants, contractors, and clients to ensure smooth project execution.
• Handle Variation Orders (VO) and final account settlement.
• Maintain and organize project cost records and related documentation.
• Perform other QS-related duties assigned by management.
