Qualifications

• Calculate material, labor, and equipment costs from blueprints and project drawings.
• Prepare bills of quantities (BOQ), assemble tender documents, and evaluate contractor bids.
• Negotiate terms, manage subcontractor agreements, and value completed work for interim payments.
• Track project expenses, assess design changes, and adjust budget projections accordingly.
• Identify commercial risks and help resolve contractual claims or disputes.
