Job summary

Havenly Home Malaysia Sdn Bhd is seeking a meticulous Cost Estimator/Quantity Surveyor to support cabinetry, interior fit-out and renovation projects in Selangor. You will prepare quantity measurements, cost estimates and tender documentation, review drawings, coordinate with design and procurement, and track project costs to prevent overruns.

The role requires strong numerical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to understand drawings and specifications.

Qualifications

• Good numerical skills and attention to detail.

• Good organisation, communication and coordination skills.
• Experience in tender preparation, cost calculations and site quality control is preferred.
• Experience in cabinetry, interior fit-out or renovation projects is an advantage.

Job description

Monthly Salary: RM4,000–RM6,500, depending on experience
Working Hours: Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM–5:30 PM
