Job summary

Grand Dynamic Builders Sdn Bhd is a full fledged building construction firm actively delivering projects since May 2013. The candidate will oversee quantity surveying and cost control activities, coordinating with consultants, sub-contractors, and suppliers on site.

We welcome applicants with Degree/Diploma qualifications and relevant experience in building and construction, and who can lead a project team toward quality delivery and safety compliance.

Qualifications

• Possess Degree in Quantity Surveying/Diploma in Building Technology or Diploma/Certificate in other related disciplines.
• With minimum 3 - 4 years’ working experience preferably from a building and construction industry in a similar position.
• Have good leadership, interpersonal and communication skills with strong inclination towards quality management practices.
• Must be a team player, committed and result-oriented.
• Must have the ability and personality to drive and motivate team to achieve common goals.

Job description

Possess Degree in Quantity Surveying/Diploma in Building Technology or Diploma/Certificate in other related disciplines. Those without the relevant qualifications but with 10 years’ experience in the construction industry will can also be considered.

With minimum 3 - 4 years’ working experience preferably from a building and construction industry in a similar position.

Have good leadership, interpersonal and communication skills with strong inclination towards quality management practices.

Must be a team player, committed and result-oriented.

Must have the ability and personality to drive and motivate team to achieve common goals.

Exposure in turnkey projects will be an added advantage.

Must be familiar with estimates, project cost control, preparation of Bill of Quantities and Project Claims.

Must be able to coordinate with consultants, sub-contractors and suppliers.

Willing to work at project site
