Job summary

Stonk Construction Sdn Bhd invites applications for a Quantity Surveyor Intern in George Town, Penang. Fresh graduates and interns are welcome; strong communication with Main con language is advantageous due to PRC Mainland collaboration.

You will assist with cost estimates, takeoffs, tender documents, site measurements, and cost control while liaising with subcontractors and stakeholders. A degree in engineering or QS and CIDB green card are preferred.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering fields or Quantity surveying.
• CIDB green card holder preferred.
• Able to communicate with Mainland China engineers is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with the preparation of cost estimates, bills of quantities, and tender documents.
• Participating in site visits and measurements to collect data for project costing.
• Providing support in contract administration and project cost control.
• Liaising with subcontractors, suppliers, and other project stakeholders.
• Conducting research and analysis to identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Assisting with the preparation of progress reports and other project documentation.
