Job summary

Randstad Malaysia is seeking a senior Quantity Surveyor / Contract Manager to drive commercial excellence in infrastructure projects. You will oversee tendering methodologies, budgets, and commercial proposals, ensuring value engineering and risk control across our large-scale programs.

The role requires a degree in Quantity Surveying or related field, with strong cost management expertise, contract administration, and experience in large civil projects.

Qualifications

• Experience in construction cost management for large-scale infrastructure projects.
• Strong knowledge of quantity measurement, taking‑off methodologies and contract administration.
• Proficient in progress claims, variation orders, and subcontractor price analysis.
• High proficiency in commercial spreadsheet modelling tools and industry estimation software.
• Ability to execute contracts under tight tender schedules while guiding relationships.

Responsibilities

• Oversee tendering frameworks and budget control operations for large infrastructure developments.
• Formulate cost estimations, project budgets, and detailed commercial proposals.
