Job summary

PREMMEGA CONSTRUCTION SDN BHD is seeking a Quantity Surveyor for an on-site role in Balakong, Malaysia. You will prepare and review BOQ, cost estimates, and tender documents, and monitor costs to ensure adherence to budgets and JKR standards.

You will measure and value on-site work, prepare progress claims, update cost reports, and coordinate with project teams. Strong MS Excel and costing software skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Experience with BOQ preparation, cost control, and cost reporting.
• Knowledge of government projects and JKR specifications is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review BOQ, cost estimates, and tender documents for building and infra projects.
• Monitor project costs, track variations, and support contractual/commercial matters.
• Measure and value work on site, prepare progress claims and final accounts.
• Update cost reports and coordinate with project managers, engineers, and site teams.
• Maintain documentation and support procurement activities; contribute to cost efficiency.
