Novelty Project Services Sdn Bhd in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Quantity Surveyor cum admin for Commercial Retail & FB projects. You will prepare, review and manage tender documents, cost estimates, and budget planning, and submit tenders by deadlines.

Responsibilities include handling monthly progress claims, variation orders, final accounts, payment certificates; drafting Letters of Award; sourcing subcontractors; attending site meetings and site valuations; preparing monthly progress reports;

Qualifications

• Prepare, review, and manage tender documents, cost estimates, and budget planning.
• Submit tenders within deadlines and attend tender interviews as needed.
• Stay updated with industry regulations, standards, and best practices to ensure compliance.

Responsabilités

• Attend site meetings and perform site valuations.
• Coordinate with project teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Prepare monthly progress reports and support final account documentation.
• Handle monthly progress claims and manage variation orders.
• Draft and issue Letters of Award/Appointment for subcontractors.
• Source, negotiate, and shortlist subcontractors and suppliers for current and upcoming projects.
