This full-time position blends quantity surveying expertise with strong administrative execution to help ensure accuracy and efficiency. The ideal candidate holds a Diploma or degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related discipline, with 2–3 years of experience and proficiency in Excel.

Qualificações

• Diploma or degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related construction discipline.
• Proven experience in quantity surveying, cost estimation, or construction administration (2–3 years preferred).
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel for cost calculations and data management.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare and maintain detailed cost estimates and bills of quantities for construction projects.
• Assist in analysis and evaluation of project costs and budget management.
• Manage and organise project documentation, specifications, and contractual records.
• Conduct site measurements and prepare quantity reports with precision.
• Support the preparation of tender documents and cost schedules.
• Liaise with contractors, architects, and project managers to clarify specifications and requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of project costs, variations, and financial commitments.
• Assist in preparation of payment certificates and financial reports.
• Perform administrative duties including filing, data entry, and correspondence management.
• Support cost control activities and variance analysis.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of estimation processes and procedures.
