Job summary

HUP KIANLI BUILDERS (S) SDN BH in Malaysia is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to prepare quantity take-offs, Bills of Quantities, and cost estimates. You will review drawings, specs and tender documents, and prepare progress claims, VO, and final accounts, ensuring alignment with the approved budget.

You will also evaluate subcontractor and supplier quotations, conduct site measurements, and maintain accurate cost records and commercial documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
