Fully involved in technical matters relating to tendering such as cost calculation, estimation & compilation of required information.

Fully involved in managing the contract terms and coming out with strategic solutions to terms that are not suitable.

Full involved & experienced in sourcing matters such as sub-contractors, suppliers and consultant to get the best deals.

In charge of reviewing tender sums, terms and conditions in contract documents so projects tendered/awarded are successful.

Full involved & experienced in tracking project progress and handle contractual disputes to manage project costing.

Able to do costing, measurement for building, steel structure and infrastructure.

Responsible for feasibility studies, budgeting, and cash flow management for projects
