Job summary

Syarikat Lian Ping Enterprise Sdn Bhd in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a quantity surveyor to carry out pre-contract and post-contract QS activities. You will prepare cost estimates, tender documents, and Bills of Quantities, monitor project budgeting and cost control. Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors and assist with final accounts.

The role requires strong numerical skills, attention to detail, and ability to liaise with site teams and clients.
