Job summary

Jora Malaysia requires a site cost controller with strong skills in measurement, cost estimation, and planning. You will prepare interim payment claims to JKR, measure works per BQ and drawings, and assist in final accounts while coordinating with the site team and JKR on measurement matters.

Responsibilities include preparing cost estimates, budgets, progress claims, and handling variations. Proficiency in CPM and Microsoft Project is mandatory to monitor costs and generate financial reports.

Qualifications

• CPM/MS Project knowledge is mandatory.
• Ability to perform cost estimation and budgeting.
