Job summary

Guna Trading Sdn Bhd invites applications for a Quantity Surveyor - Junior to Senior based in Johor Bahru. You will prepare and review Bills of Quantities, cost estimates, tender documents, and quotations, supporting tendering and procurement.

You will monitor costs, budgets, prepare progress claims, variation orders, and assist in contract administration. Liaise with clients and project teams to manage commercial and contractual matters on site.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review Bills of Quantities (BQ), cost estimates, tender documents and quotations.
• Assist in tendering, procurement and evaluation of subcontractor and supplier quotations.
• Prepare and submit progress claims, variation orders (VO), claims and supporting documents.
• Review and verify subcontractor and supplier claims, invoice and payment applications.
• Monitor project costs, budgets and expenditure to ensure effective cost control.
• Prepare cost comparison, cost analysis and monthly cost reports.
• Assist in contract administration for main contracts and subcontractor agreements.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, Project Managers, Site Teams, subcontractors and suppliers on commercial and contractual matters.
