Job summary

HB Glass & Aluminium in Johor Bahru, Malaysia is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to manage pre-contract and post-contract QS duties. You will handle estimating, tendering, cost analysis and procurement throughout the project lifecycle.

The role covers preparation of tender documents, bills of quantities, site valuation and subcontractor payments, ensuring accurate financial management from bidding to final account.

Qualifications

• Experience in quantity surveying within construction projects.
• Familiarity with pre-contract and post-contract activities.
• Ability to prepare and analyse estimates and tender documents.
