Job summary

SKB Shutters Corporation Berhad is seeking a diligent professional to manage progress claims, site measurements, and project coordination across jobs in Malaysia. The role involves liaising with the project team on progress and variations, attending client meetings, and ensuring timely payment certifications.

The candidate will also prepare monthly reports and maintain the Project Control File, including tenders and drawings.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of industry experience.
• Good working attitude, ability to organise, plan and work under pressure.
• Possess own transport and willing to travel.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent negotiating and people skill.

Responsibilities

• Prepare progress claims and final accounts for Main Contractors.
• Assist in Joint Site Measurement and work verification.
• Liaise and coordinate with project team on progress, variations and site matters.
• Attend meetings with clients as required.
• Follow up on payment certification status in a timely manner.
• Prepare monthly claim and payment reports for submission to Finance Department.
• Compile Project Control File, including filing documents, tenders and drawings.
