Job summary

Builtop Group Sdn Bhd in Malaysia is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to assist in preparing bills of quantities, progress claims, liaising with sub-contractors, taking-off quantities, and coordinating with site teams to monitor progress and variations.

Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of experience are welcome. The role offers an energetic, young team environment with phone reimbursement and travel allowance where applicable.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Quantity Surveying
• Fresh grad or 1 year of experience maximum
• Willing to learn and able to work independently

• Prepare BQ, progress claim, and liaise with sub-contractors
• Taking-off quantities and measurement
• Monitor project progress and coordinate with site
• Monitor and record variations/order status
