Job summary

ISLAND GARDEN DECORATOR AND NURSERY in Penang seeks a Quantity Surveying professional to prepare monthly claims, cost estimates and tender BOQs. You will conduct site measurements and cost tracking, coordinate with site teams for material reconciliation, and support procurement and subcontractor management.

The ideal candidate holds a relevant degree and has at least 1 year of construction experience, with proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office, and a solid understanding of QS workflows.

Qualifications

• Degree in Quantity Surveying/Construction Management or Building Construction
• At least 1 year experience in construction or relevant field.
• Familiar with AutoCAD, Microsoft Office
• Accurate in measurement/taking off
• Understands basic QS workflow
