Pembinaan Maju NT Sdn Bhd in Kuching, Malaysia, is seeking a detail-oriented quantity surveyor to review project drawings, perform take-offs and material calculations, and assist in costing and supplier comparisons.
You will prepare BQ and cost estimates, work with MS Word/Excel (formulas) and AI tools to improve efficiency, and support cost-related matters on piping and pipeline projects.
Qualifications
- Experience in construction, preferably in piping / pipeline works.
- Familiar with quantity take-off, BQ and costing.
- Responsible, detail-oriented and able to work independently.
- Able to solve problems and take initiative.
- Good in Microsoft Word, Excel including formulas, and able to use AI tools to improve work efficiency.

About you
