Job summary

YESB SDN. BHD. is an established Mechanical & Electrical contractor in Malaysia, delivering turnkey projects across commercial, industrial and infrastructure sectors.

We seek a proactive Quantity Surveyor to join our growing team and help manage tendering and cost control. Diploma or degree in Electrical Engineering or Quantity Surveying is preferred; fresh graduates are welcome though 1–2 years’ related experience helps.

• Ability to produce clear tender and cost reports.

Job description

We are an established Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) Contractor specializing in commercial, industrial, and infrastructure projects. As our business continues to grow, we are looking for a proactive and experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our team.

Requirements

Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering/Quantity Surveying or related field.

Fresh graduate is welcome but min 1-2 years of experience working in related field will be a plus point.

Good communications and technical reporting skills.

Responsibility

Prepare tender cost submission, tender documents submission, quantity taking off, cost evaluation & comparison, attend tender interviews and site claim valuation.

Projecting cost estimates on various materials needed for a project.

Preparing and analyzing project budgeting, valuation reports, and cost reports.

Be meticulous, analytical with excellent problem-solving skills, proactive, a good team player and able to meet tight deadlines.
