Job summary

BUMI GIGA CONSTRUCTION SDN BHD in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join our full-time team. You will prepare cost estimates and budgets, measure and value work, assist in contracts, monitor costs, and report progress and forecast data for projects.

The ideal candidate holds a degree or professional QS qualification, 3–5 years of relevant experience in construction, strong cost management, and solid communication skills to coordinate with clients and contractors.

Qualifications

• Degree or professional qualification in Quantity Surveying or a related field.
• 3 to 5 years' relevant experience in a quantity surveying role, preferably within the construction industry.
• Strong understanding of construction cost management, contract administration, and project accounting.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Proficient in the use of relevant software.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders.

About the role
