Job summary

HEROSS Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to prepare BOQs and cost estimates for ACMV/HVAC projects. You will take-off quantities from drawings, assist with tendering, and track costs with site teams to ensure budget adherence.

Requirements include a Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying or related field, at least 2 years of QS experience in ACMV or M&E contracting, and proficiency in AutoCAD, Excel, and QS software. Strong analytical and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in quantity surveying, preferably in ACMV or M&E contracting.
• Knowledge of HVAC systems, materials, and installation methods.

• Good analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
