Job summary

Coca-Cola Beverages Singapore, Malaysia & Brunei is seeking a Quality Systems & Compliance Manager to lead the Integrated Management System (IMS) and ensure compliance with KORE, ATR, and international standards. You will manage audits, CAPA, risk assessment, and continuous improvement across the value chain to protect product quality and brand integrity.

Based at our Bandar Enstek facility in Negeri Sembilan, the role requires 5–8 years in FMCG/QSE, with strong leadership and stakeholder

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry, Food Science, Food Technology, or equivalent.
• 5–8 years of experience in Quality Systems, Compliance, QSE, QA in FMCG / Food & Beverage.
• Strong knowledge of IMS, FSSC 22000, HACCP, GMP and ISO management systems.
• Knowledge of KORE requirements is advantageous.
• Experience in audit management, CAPA, risk assessment, and compliance management.
• Understanding of manufacturing and logistics in beverage manufacturing.
• Leadership and cross-functional stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Lead IMS governance and continuous improvement across QSE.
• Coordinate internal, corporate, customer, regulatory audits and CAPA.
• Monitor regulatory and quality requirements across manufacturing, supply chain, logistics, and marketplace.
• Manage quality and compliance risks including change management, document control, traceability, mock recalls, and crisis management.
• Drive quality and food safety standards across suppliers, warehouses, distribution, customers, and fountain operations.
• Analyze quality data to identify trends, gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and regulatory stakeholders to address requirements.
• Build quality capability through training and development of IMS teams and internal auditors.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to strengthen quality systems and overall product and service quality.

About The Role

The Quality Systems & Compliance Manager is responsible for leading and continuously improving the Integrated Management System (IMS) to ensure compliance with The Coca-Cola Company’s KORE & ATR requirements, international standards, and regulatory requirements.

The role oversees quality systems, audit and certification management, risk mitigation, product traceability, compliance, and continuous improvement across the value chain, while working closely with internal teams, suppliers, customers, and other stakeholders to protect product quality and brand integrity.

What You’ll Do

• Lead the implementation, governance, and continuous improvement of IMS, including KORE & ATR, FSSC 22000, HACCP, GMP, ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 requirements.
• Lead and coordinate internal, corporate, customer, regulatory, and certification audits, ensuring timely closure of findings and effective CAPA.
• Monitor regulatory and quality requirements and ensure continued compliance across manufacturing, supply chain, logistics, and marketplace operations.
• Manage quality and compliance risks, including change management, document control, product traceability, mock recalls, and crisis management.
• Drive quality and food safety standards across suppliers, warehouses, distribution, customers, and fountain operations.
• Analyze quality performance and compliance data to identify trends, gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities.
• Partner with cross-functional teams, suppliers, customers, and regulatory stakeholders to address quality and compliance requirements.
• Build quality and compliance capability through training, coaching, and development of IMS teams and internal auditors.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to strengthen quality systems, compliance, and overall product and service quality.

What You Bring

• Bachelor's Degree / Professional Degree in Chemistry, Food Science, Food Technology, or equivalent.
• 5–8 years of relevant experience in Quality Systems, Compliance, QSE, Quality Assurance or related areas within FMCG / Food & Beverage.
• Strong knowledge and practical experience in IMS, FSSC 22000, HACCP, GMP and ISO management systems.
• Knowledge or experience with KORE requirements is highly advantageous.
• Proven experience in audit management, CAPA, risk assessment, and compliance management.
• Good understanding of manufacturing and logistics operations, preferably within beverage manufacturing.
• Strong leadership and cross-functional stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and influencing skills.
