Job summary

KLK Alami Edible Oils Sdn Bhd is seeking a Document Controller to manage all documentation for the company’s management systems. The role involves maintaining documents in both server and software systems, and coordinating audits with internal and external parties.

The successful candidate will have a diploma in science or related field and at least 1 year of experience with management systems; exposure to ISO 9001, GMP, HACCP, Kosher and Halal is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Science or related field required.
• At least 1 year experience handling management system documentation.
• Exposure to ISO 9001, GMP, HACCP, Kosher and Halal is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Document controller for all management system related documentation and ensure proper document maintenance, both in computer server and software system.
• Plan and schedule all relevant audit programs (internal and external) to be timely.
• Ensure application or renewal of certifications and other system requirements are completed on time.
• Provide timely and accurate monthly reports to management and assist in daily clerical operations.
• Schedule and monitor pest control activities and maintain related records.
• Contribute to management system activities (audits, training, etc.) as required.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Management.

Education
