Qualifications

• To prepare sample products and test them to evaluate methods of improving quality.
• Evaluate the effect of changes in material or production process on a trial basis and determine whether such changes result in quality improvements on all performance aspects.
• To support Department Head to coordinate with technical personnel on their project, providing guidance on technical issues and to set standards on production processes and products.
• Investigate abnormalities or defects in products and processes and study/identify the appropriate corrective actions required.
• Develop new material, testing methods and designs with counterparts or suppliers.
• Responsible for establishing/revising Material Specifications/MSDS for raw materials/parts used for products.
