Coherent Corp. is seeking a Quality Manager to lead the site quality function and ensure products and processes meet customer, regulatory, and company requirements. The role focuses on prevention, corrective action, and continuous improvement across the organization.

You will oversee QA, QC, supplier quality, and quality engineering activities, manage audits, and drive root cause investigations with cross-functional teams to enhance process capability and product release.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Quality, Engineering, or related field.
• Experience leading quality in a manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of quality management systems, audits, corrective action, and problem solving.
• Strong analytical, communication, leadership, and decision-making skills.
• Experience with industry standards and customer requirements is an advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain the site quality management system and related procedures.
• Lead Quality Assurance, Quality Control, Supplier Quality, and Quality Engineering activities.
• Monitor quality performance, including defects, customer complaints, audit findings, and corrective-action closure.
• Lead customer, internal, supplier, and external audits and ensure findings are addressed.
• Oversee product inspection, nonconformance control, material disposition, and product release processes.
• Lead investigations into customer complaints and internal quality issues; ensure root causes and corrective actions are effective.
• Work with Operations, Engineering, and Supply Chain to prevent defects and improve process capability.
• Communicate quality risks and performance to site leadership and customers, as appropriate.
• Develop and coach quality personnel and build quality awareness across the site.
