Qualifications

• Quality management and continuous improvement focus.
• 8D root cause analysis and CAPA coaching.
• Interface with customers on quality topics and audits.
• Lead customer quality performance and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Identify and analyse issues, defects and recurrence prevention.
• Provide coaching on 8D RCA and CAPA.
• Interface with customer on quality related topics.
• Be the Customer Representative ensuring compliance to Copy Exact requirements.
• Drive product and quality improvements with cross-functional teams.
• Ensure Quality Planning for new product introductions.
• Lead customer audits and quality reporting.
• Maintain high standard of 8D reports.
• Manage containment through OCAP actions.
• Foster customer satisfaction and VAT core values.
