The role involves designing and refining quality systems, driving CAPA and continuous improvement, leading audits, investigating issues, and mentoring a high-caliber quality team across manufacturing operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, Materials Science, or related field.
• Minimum 8 years of hands-on quality management experience in manufacturing.
• FMCG manufacturing experience is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, FSSC 22000, and FSC quality systems.
• Mandarin proficiency to liaise with China counterparts.

Responsabilités

• Direct plant-wide QA and QC operations to guarantee product integrity and adherence to standards.
• Ensure compliance with GMP, HACCP, ISO, FSSC 22000, and relevant regulations.
• Design, implement, and refine quality management systems and CAPA programs.
• Track manufacturing metrics and quality trends to align with specs and targets.
• Lead internal, customer, and third-party audits to maintain audit readiness.
• Investigate customer complaints and process deviations with cross-functional teams to eliminate root causes.
• Coach and mentor the quality team to achieve operational excellence.

• Direct plant-wide Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC) operations to guarantee product integrity and strict adherence to corporate standards.
• Uphold stringent compliance with GMP, HACCP, ISO, FSSC 22000, food safety frameworks, and all relevant statutory regulations.
• Design, execute, and refine quality management systems, spearheading continuous improvement programs and robust CAPA execution.
• Track manufacturing metrics and evaluate quality trends to ensure end-to-end alignment with product specifications and operational targets.
• Spearhead internal, customer, and third-party regulatory audits, ensuring total audit readiness and sustainable system governance.
• Drive thorough investigations into customer complaints and process deviations, partnering cross-functionally to eliminate root causes.
• Coach, mentor, and upskill the quality team to cultivate high technical capability, accountability, and operational excellence.

the experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Science, Material Science, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 8 years of hands‑on experience in quality management within a manufacturing environment.
• Prior exposure to FMCG manufacturing is an added advantage.
• Proven knowledge and working experience with ISO 9001, FSSC 22000, and FSC quality management systems.
• Proficiency in Mandarin is required to liaise effectively with counterparts and suppliers in China.
