Job summary

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelors Degree in Quality or related field with 8–12 years of manufacturing quality experience, strong leadership, and Mandarin proficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelors Degree in Quality, Industrial, Mechanical, or Manufacturing Engineering.
• 812 years experience in quality management in manufacturing, preferably plastics or automotive.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, quality tools (FMEA, SPC, PPAP), and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Oversee overall quality management, inspection, and control activities.
• Develop and implement quality policies, procedures, and ISO-compliant systems.
• Lead internal audits, CAPA (Corrective & Preventive Actions), and customer complaint resolution.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, RBA, and WCA standards.
• Coordinate with production, assembly, tooling, and supply chain for quality improvements.
• Manage quality team, training, and performance evaluation.
