Job summary

Plexus Corp. in Malaysia seeks a Mgr - Quality to lead the Quality Management System, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive a culture of quality across the site.

You will collaborate with quality, regulatory, and supplier teams to deliver defect-free designs and products. The role requires a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with several years of related experience, strong leadership, and extensive knowledge of QMS standards and quality tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field with 5+ years of directly related experience or Master’s with 3+ years of experience.
• Supervisory/leadership experience preferred.
• Advanced knowledge of QMS standards and regulations (ISO 9001, AS9100, FDA QSR, TL9000, etc.).
• Expert communication and presentation skills.
• Knowledgeable in data analysis tools and quality metrics.

Responsibilities

• Lead the site Quality function as QMS Management Representative, including Quality Engineering, Regulatory Compliance, and Supplier Quality.
• Develop and monitor site Quality Metrics; drive continuous improvement.
• Drive CAPA and lead regional quality, supplier quality, and regulatory teams.
• Manage external/internal audits and improvement cycles.
• Coach and develop Quality personnel and promote Plexus Core Values.
