• Experience leading process improvement and cross-discipline teams in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical guidance and training within Manufacturing processes.
• Develop and improve process control and documentation.
• Coordinate cross-discipline or supplier activities to ensure technical success.
• Support production operators and local continuous improvement initiatives.
• Demonstrate understanding of equipment, process control, safety and risk awareness.
