Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Science required; degree in Engineering preferred.
• Less than 1 year of related experience is acceptable; 1+ years preferred.
• Proficiency in statistical methods and process control is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Develops manufacturing solutions that are high-quality and cost-appropriate to satisfy customer requirements.
• Uses appropriate tools/equipment for analysis, verification, and documentation.
• Applies Plexus manufacturing processes and product specifications in daily work.
• Produces project documentation per quality and change management guidelines.
• Contributes to cross-functional teams to improve production efficiency and quality.
