You will guide junior engineers, manage projects, and ensure quality, delivery, and cost targets across manufacturing sites. Ideal candidates have 12+ years in manufacturing product engineering, strong communication, analytics, and problem-solving skills, plus experience with lab tools and SPC software.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering and 12+ years of related experience in manufacturing product engineering.
• Intermediate computer skills.
• Advanced decision making and problem solving skills.
• Advanced verbal and written communications skills.
• Excellent analytical and statistical analysis skills; Statistical Process Control software skills.
• Strong understanding of structured design.
• Ability to develop good working relationships with team members and customers.
• Lab tool/test/measurement equipment experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Be a visible SME and technical visionary across sites and interfaces with external customers.
• Lead or consult on technical projects, manage scope, schedule and budget for success.
• Drive cross-regional continuous improvement and cross-discipline project execution.
• Provide mentorship across multiple projects and sites.
• Lead customer communications during technical discussions and support business development.
