Job summary

Responsibilities

• Inspection for standard and custom products; release or reject the inspected product.
• Record and report defects and trace irregularities with action outcomes.
• Trace product quality performance and participate in quality audits.
• Perform daily maintenance on inspection equipment.
• Contribute ideas to improve performance and processes.
• Adhere to Health, Safety & Environmental procedures in responsibilities area.
• Carry out other tasks as assigned by supervisor.

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Quality Inspector to join our manufacturing facility in Senai, Johor. This is a full-time position that plays a critical role in ensuring our products meet the highest standards of quality and compliance. As a Quality Inspector, you will be responsible for conducting rigorous inspections and tests throughout the manufacturing process to guarantee that all products conform to our stringent quality specifications and industry regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Inspection for standard and custom products. Release or reject the inspected product.
• Feedback the problem of outgoing inspection，trace abnormity and action effectiveness.
• Help to trace product quality performance, quality audit and provide input for outgoing inspection standards.
• Daily maintenance for the inspection relative equipment.
• To continuously contribute, develop and implement ideas that improve performance.
• Ensure implementation, adherence and participation to Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) procedures by applying to areas of responsibility.
• The other tasks assigned by the superior.
