Job summary

Triplus Industry Sdn Bhd, located in Klang, seeks a Quality Assurance Manager to lead the QA/QC team and oversee the plastics injection molding quality processes. You will manage inspections, CAPA, and supplier and customer quality interactions to ensure products meet stringent requirements.

The role requires extensive experience in QA within manufacturing, strong leadership, and knowledge of ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in QA/QC within a manufacturing environment.
• Minimum 3 years in a supervisory/management role is advantageous.
• Strong and practical experience in Plastic Injection and Molding processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead and continuously improve the Quality Management System.
• Manage quality activities across manufacturing, including incoming, in-process and final inspection.
• Handle customer complaints, CAPA, audits and quality improvement programs.
• Coordinate with Production, Engineering, Tooling and Maintenance to prevent quality issues.
