Job summary

Agensi Pekerjaan Minde Group Sdn Bhd is seeking a Quality Management System Engineer to ensure compliance with ISO 9001, IATF 16949, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 within a plastic injection molding environment. The role involves managing the QMS and EMS, auditing, documentation control, and driving continuous improvements.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in QA/QMS, with knowledge of the specified standards and quality tools, and a degree in engineering.

Qualifications

3+ years of experience in Quality Assurance or QMS in plastics.
Knowledge of ISO 9001, IATF 16949, ISO 14001, ISO 45001.
Familiarity with SPC, FMEA, APQP and PPAP quality tools.

Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and maintain the QMS in line with ISO 9001 and IATF16949.
Conduct internal audits and coordinate external audits to ensure adherence to standards.
Analyze quality data and metrics to identify improvement areas and implement corrective actions.
Facilitate training sessions for staff on quality management principles.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate quality practices into processes.
Prepare quality documentation, including policies, procedures, and reports.
Monitor regulatory changes and update the QMS accordingly.
Support product development teams in quality assurance activities.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and quality projects.
