Private Advertiser in Sungai Buloh, Selangor is seeking a Quality Inspector to ensure product quality in the injection moulding line. You will perform inspections, record results, and help identify defects.
No experience required; training provided. You will work in a factory environment with shift work and overtime as needed; good teamwork and accuracy are essential.

Perform product inspection according to quality standards, specifications, and work instructions.
Conduct visual, dimensional, and basic quality checks on injection moulded products.
Check products during the production process to ensure they meet the required quality standards.
Accurately record inspection results and maintain quality inspection records.
Identify, label, and separate defective or non-conforming products.
Report quality abnormalities and production issues to the supervisor or Quality Engineer.
Assist the Quality Engineer in investigating quality issues and implementing improvement actions.
Assist in monitoring production quality and carrying out routine inspections.
Ensure inspection tools and equipment are properly maintained and used correctly.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the inspection area.
Follow all company quality procedures, SOPs, and safety requirements.
Perform other quality-related duties assigned by the supervisor.
No experience required; training will be provided.
Previous experience in QC, quality inspection, injection moulding, or a manufacturing environment is an advantage.
Basic knowledge of quality inspection and measurement is preferred.
Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to identify product defects accurately.
Able to follow SOPs, inspection standards, and work instructions.
Good teamwork and communication skills.
Willing to learn and able to work independently when required.
Able to work in a factory environment and perform shift work.
Willing to work overtime when required.
