Job summary

Private Advertiser in Sungai Buloh, Malaysia, seeks an experienced Quality Control professional to oversee QC during production and drive improvements in moulding and plastic manufacturing. You will investigate defects, identify root causes, and maintain inspection records while collaborating with Production and Engineering teams.

Ideal candidates hold a Diploma or higher in Engineering/Quality Management/Manufacturing, with 2+ years of relevant experience and strong analytical skills.

Qualifications

• Diploma or above in Engineering, Quality Management, Manufacturing, or a related field.
• 2+ years of relevant experience in quality control or manufacturing.
• Good knowledge of quality control processes and inspection methods.
• Experience in injection moulding or plastic manufacturing is preferred.

Job Responsibilities

Responsible for quality control and quality management during the production process.

Follow up and handle quality issues and product defects during production.

Analyze quality issues, identify root causes, and implement improvement measures.

Maintain quality-related documents, inspection standards, and records.

Work closely with Production and Engineering teams on quality improvement.

Ensure products meet company and customer quality requirements.

Monitor the quality of injection moulded products and resolve moulding-related quality issues with the Production and Engineering teams.

Requirements

Diploma or above in Engineering, Quality Management, Manufacturing, or a related field.

At least 2 years of relevant experience in quality control or manufacturing.

Good knowledge of quality control processes and inspection methods.

Experience in injection moulding or plastic manufacturing is preferred.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Good communication, coordination, and teamwork skills.

Candidates who are able to communicate in Chinese (Mandarin) are preferred.

Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.

Able to work in a factory environment and comply with the company's work arrangements.
