Job summary

You will lead QA initiatives, recruit and mentor engineers, set measurable goals, improve processes, and ensure timely documentation and compliance across global programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; 7+ years in quality engineering or equivalent.
• Experience leading QA teams and processes.
• Strong knowledge of APQP and process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and interview Quality Engineers/Technicians.
• Coach QA staff in interviewing and hiring processes.
• Set measurable goals and drive team performance across units.
• Develop and maintain QA plans for global product introductions.
• Coordinate documentation and corrective action efforts across accounts.
