Job summary

You will lead QA plans, support process design, document control, supplier and customer quality issues, and drive corrective actions in line with ISO, EN4600 and GMP requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required and five years related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience in quality engineering within manufacturing environments and knowledge of ISO/EN4600 and GMP documentation.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain QA plans and process routings reflecting activities.
• Provide support for quoting activities by involvement in process design and implementation phases.
• Evaluate and support inspection processes via inspection aids and guidelines.
• Develop and deliver specialized training for applicable functions.
• Maintain documentation files; implement systems for storage and access.
• Review supplier or customer discrepancies; coordinate corrective/preventive actions.
• Provide trend analysis of defects across customer, supplier, and internal stakeholders.
• Interface with departments on quality policies and procedures.
